We have developed

that structure is defined can make or
break the application. We have years of
experience planning and implementing strategies

Message Broadcasting
We have developed automatic
dialers to call or fax customers with
an important message. These systems can
be set up to tell the customer something
unique about their account ("Your
expense check for $124.50 has been mailed")
by integrating your database and TTS (Text-To-Speech)
for voice applications. We provide the
whole solution to you by developing the
systems using Java and VoiceXML and partnering
with platform providers. We also have
experience developing email and text message
broadcast systems. All of these systems
include toolsets for you manage tasks
such as editing messages, scheduling broadcasts,
and more.
IVR Programming
We have developed
systems that serve data over the telephone
just like the self-service applications
of Amtrak and Bank Of America. We program
these systems using the VoiceXML standard,
Java, and TTS (Text-To-Speech). We also
work with partners that do professional
voice recording to give your system an
even more professional sound. These systems
allow your customers to get the information
they need automatically and cut down on
your call-center expenses.
